Hudson, Ohio, USA - RADCom, Inc., a training and documentation consulting services company, has been certified as a Women Owned Business by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) in partnership with the WBENC - Southeast.
The WBENC certification for women-owned businesses is one of the most widely recognized and respected certifications in the nation and is accepted by over 700 major corporations across the country and a number of federal and government agencies.
"We're delighted to be counted among this elite group of savvy and progressive female-owned businesses," said Jill McCauslin, RADCom's VP of Human Resources. Angela Dianetti, VP/Treasurer, added that, "When my husband Bob started this company in 1996, we knew we'd be successful, but little did we know that after 10 years we'd have built the company to include so many Fortune 500 and growth company clients in Northeast Ohio and multiple states. With an expanding team of talented and mostly female consultants, we look forward to another decade of helping our clients succeed."
As a certified Women Owned Business, RADCom receives added information, training and resources from the WBENC. To be certified, an organization must be 51 percent owned by women, show proof of effective management of the business, show that women control the business, and show proof of US Citizenship or US Resident Alien Status. The Women\'s Business Enterprise National Council, founded in 1997, is the nation\'s leading advocate of women-owned businesses as suppliers to America\'s corporations.
